The apartment is located in the context of Villa Lucini with a panoramic terrace on top of the hill, a viewpoint in front of the church of San Sebastiano and Rocco, berceau, fountains, ancient trees and internal paths, guaranteeing spectacular views.
The traditional Lombard farmhouse was built at the end of the eighteenth century and preceded the construction of the main villa, the whole is completed by the adjacent church of San Sebastiano and Rocco in an architectural complex built by a noble Milanese family at the time of the so-called "residences of delight β, which alongside the idleness of the Lords accompanied the industrious work of the peasants devoted to them.

We are 35' from Milan, 30 km from Como, Lecco, Bergamo, near the Adda river and the Monza Park (Villa Reale and GP Formula 1). The train station is 15' by walk.
